Refund & Warranty Policy SaunaFriend.com | An Integrated Auxiliary of Bioharmony Collective (508(c)(1)(A))
INTRODUCTION
Sauna Friend is a member-based service organization operating as an integrated auxiliary of Bioharmony Collective, a 508(c)(1)(A) non-profit entity. We provide exclusive access to private wellness services and consulting. We do not sell products directly. All products ordered through Sauna Friend are fulfilled by third-party partners. Our role is to support our members with curated recommendations, logistics coordination, and ongoing service.
By completing checkout on SaunaFriend.com or submitting payment via authorized invoice, you consent to these updated terms and agree to the policies set forth below.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
2.1 Cancellation Before Shipment If your order is canceled prior to shipment:

Credit card payments are refunded minus a 3% processing fee or $50 minimum.

Klarna or other financing payments incur a 5% cancellation fee based on the order total.

A product is considered "shipped" once a Bill of Lading (BOL), tracking number, or manufacturer shipment confirmation is issued.
2.2 Returns After Shipment

All returns must be approved and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by our service department.

Saunas and wellness equipment may be returned within 30 business days of delivery in new or like-new condition and in original packaging.

Nutritional supplements must be unopened and returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

Custom, non-standard, or private-label sauna models are non-refundable.

Shipping fees for all returns are the responsibility of the member.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated.

Orders with "Free Shipping" will have the actual outbound shipping cost deducted from any refund.
2.3 Refused Deliveries Refusing a shipment for reasons other than documented damage or verified shipping error is treated as a return. All applicable fees apply as listed in Section 2.2.
2.4 Damage Claims Visible damage should be noted at delivery. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Retain all packaging. Failure to follow these steps may result in a denied claim.
2.5 Refunds Timeline Refunds are issued only after items are inspected and verified in like-new condition. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of returned goods for your refund to be processed.
WARRANTIES & THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
3.1 Manufacturer Warranties All warranties are offered by the original product manufacturer or distributor. Sauna Friend facilitates service coordination but does not offer warranties directly.
3.2 Transfer of Warranty Warranty transfers must be approved by the manufacturer. If allowed, a transfer fee may apply. Warranty coverage excludes:

Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification

Improper electrical setup or installation

Acts of God (lightning, flooding, etc.)

Use inconsistent with product maintenance requirements
3.3 Our Role Sauna Friend functions as a service-based intermediary between members and product providers. We do not take ownership of goods. All liability for defects, failures, or delays lies with the third-party vendor.
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY & DISCLOSURES
4.1 Non-Profit & Private Membership Basis Sauna Friend operates under the protections of Bioharmony Collective’s 508(c)(1)(A) structure. All transactions take place within a private member-based framework. Refund and warranty services are processed in collaboration with third-party vendors who fulfill member orders.
4.2 Medical & Legal Disclaimer Products, services, and resources accessed through Sauna Friend are for wellness education and private use only. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. All health decisions remain the full responsibility of the member. Consult a qualified practitioner when necessary.
4.3 Public Reviews & Accountability While we operate privately, we remain publicly accountable. Members are welcome to share their experiences across review platforms including TrustPilot, Google, Facebook, and Yelp. Your feedback informs our mission to serve with integrity and improve the wellness community.
