1. Private Membership & Access

Sauna Friend operates as an integrated auxiliary of Bioharmony Collective, a Private Membership Association (PMA) organized under a 508(c)(1)(A) religious structure.

By accessing this website, purchasing products, booking services, requesting support, or engaging in communication with Sauna Friend, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All services and support are offered within the private domain.

  • Products and services are made available to members.

  • Membership in Bioharmony Collective is required to receive certain services, including consultation and assembly support.

  • Membership is voluntary and may be free unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website, register for membership, purchase products, or receive services.

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Product & Service Offerings

All offerings are made:

  • For personal wellness and educational purposes.

  • Within the private membership framework.

  • With the understanding that Sauna Friend provides consultation, coordination, and support services — not product manufacturing.

Sauna Friend does not manufacture products and is not responsible for manufacturer production timelines.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment through our website, invoice, financing partner, or authorized form, you:

  • Authorize a one-time charge for the selected product or service.

  • Agree that all sales are final unless otherwise covered by our Refund Policy.

  • Acknowledge that third-party financing providers maintain their own independent terms.

5. Refund, Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders canceled prior to shipment may be refunded less processing fees (up to 5%).

  • Orders canceled after shipment may be subject to restocking and shipping fees.

  • Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable.

  • Returned items require an RMA and must be in “like new” condition.

  • Manufacturer warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer or with your support lead at Sauna Friend.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on inventory and manufacturer lead times.

  • Freight shipments are fulfilled by third-party carriers.

  • Visible or concealed freight damage must be reported within five (5) days.

Sauna Friend is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, supply chain interruptions, or force majeure events.

7. Warranty & Manufacturer Support

Sauna Friend does not provide independent warranties.

All warranties are issued and administered by product manufacturers.

Members may request coordination assistance for warranty claims.

8. Medical & Educational Disclaimer

All information provided through Sauna Friend and Bioharmony Collective is for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

You are solely responsible for your health decisions and outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sauna Friend, Bioharmony Collective, their officers, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Product misuse

  • Improper installation not performed by authorized personnel

  • Delays beyond our reasonable control

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of products and services is at your own discretion and risk.

10. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting (such as checking an opt-in box), you agree to receive SMS communications from Sauna Friend related to:

  • Member services and account updates

  • Sauna pricing inquiries

  • Order confirmations and shipping updates

  • Installation scheduling and coordination

  • Customer support responses

Message frequency varies depending on engagement and active services.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
