The infrared spectrum is comprised of near, mid and far infrared. While the majority of the benefit your receive in your Jacuzzi® saunas comes from the far infrared band, there are added benefits and enhancements by adding in all three wavelengths.

True Wave® Full Spectrum heaters emit about 1/3 near infrared, 1/3 mid infrared and 1/3 far infrared. Near is the shortest wavelength but penetrates the deepest and is associated with photobiomodulation which may produce energy within the cells through ATP simulation. Mid increases circulation through vasodilation, promoting temporary increase in blood flow and temporarily elevating heart rate and overall metabolism. Far produces resonant frequency or vibration that increases the expulsion of toxins.
