Selection and sourcing

Site preparation
Pad, foundation, drainage, access, and placement. The part national sellers never mention.
Electrical coordination
Electrical work coordinated through licensed electricians. We coordinate; licensed trades perform.
Delivery and white-glove assembly
Freight coordination and skilled assembly. Most assemblies take four to eight hours on site.
Protection
Climate-appropriate wood treatment and protection for the seasons the unit will live through.
Long-term support
The relationship after the build. Service, guidance, and someone who picks up the phone in year three.

What membership does not change
Membership is simple to enter and free to leave, and it does not reduce any of your protections. Insurance, liability, our obligation to remit taxes, and your recourse are unchanged. It changes the spirit of the arrangement, not your rights.
Membership is a change in how we work together. It is not a waiver, it is not a release, and it does not ask you to give anything up in exchange for a conversation.

How membership works

A short request tells us where the sauna is going and what you are considering. Nothing is committed by asking, and no figure is generated by a form.
A specialist calls you
We read the room before we recommend anything: placement, access, drainage, grade, how the household intends to use it, and what the site will allow. Availability is confirmed during this conversation.
Membership is entered as part of that conversation
It is simple to enter and free to leave. Your specialist walks you through what it means before anything else happens.
Member pricing is discussed with a person
Directly, for your project, covering the whole scope of work rather than a unit on a pallet. There is no quota behind the conversation.
The work runs the full ladder
Sourcing, site preparation, electrical coordination through licensed electricians, delivery and assembly, protection, and support in the years after.

A note from our founder
My goal is to help the world transition to regenerative wellness practices that hold communities together. I spent half my life in the corporate world, where the work was mostly transactional. I am shifting my focus toward the mission now, and I hope to one day open a Bioharmony Sanctuary of my own.
What I do today feels personal in a way that work rarely did. It gives me, and the members I serve, the peace of mind that this is going toward something greater. It feels bigger than me.
