How a project runs

The same six steps, wherever the site is.

The sequence does not change between the markets. What changes is what each site asks of it: a weather window on the Front Range, a base built for clay in Kansas City, a way to get a crate down a canyon in Los Angeles.

  1. Request member pricing

    Tell us about the sauna and the site: where it is going, indoor or out, and whether a unit is already chosen or on its way.

  2. Consultation

    Scope, site, design, and electrical coordination with a licensed electrician. Fit is determined here, and no quota sits behind it.

  3. Site preparation and delivery coordination

    Pad, deck platform, pavers, or piers, verified level and draining away from the base. Then freight: whether a truck can reach the lot, and where the crate lands.

  4. Assembly

    Uncrating, assembly, trim and finish, level confirmation, and the packaging gone when we leave. Most assemblies take four to eight hours on site.

  5. Electrical coordination

    Performed by licensed trades, coordinated by us. Permitting and local requirements vary. We'll walk through what applies to your site during your consultation.

  6. First burn

    Walkthrough, protection, and the support that follows. We heat the room with you and cover the heater and the controls.
